We were created to do more than simply exist!  For many of us life’s challenges have decreased our willingness to dream and set big goals associated with those dreams.  Frustration and confusion can build up as we find little lasting success towards our goals. These are some of the reasons we developed M3Lifestyle.  We have had the privilege of walking with clients through difficult situations and have found success in helping them become better versions of themselves.  Navigating life can be difficult but it doesn’t have to be done alone.  M3Lifestyle provides a platform to motivate supportand inspire clients to not only dream big but turn those dreams into reality.

Originally, we focused on the clients that we saw in Trussville but as our presence grew to include the Trussville Civic Center and the Birmingham Metro area, we realized that the impact could be much larger. Today, our Lifestyle program can be delivered in-person and virtually. This capability allows us to connect with clients from central Alabama to worldwide audiences. Our team delivers educational content, coaching and exercise content for individual clients, community groups, teams and companies.

Imagine building a house; one of the most important steps is building a strong foundation. This is where the basis for the principles of our “five pillars” begins; they are sleep, nutrition, relationships, stress management and movement. We work to assess where you are in each of the pillars and then work together to create a plan to optimize how each pillar impacts the other
