M3 Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy

We were educated as physical therapists but over the year’s clients helped us to see that by pairing our love for learning and service, we could help them do more than live pain free. Our physical therapy patients get care that is developed specifically for them in a one-on-one setting. We treat a wide range of movement problems caused by pain, injury, surgery or medical issues that impact your ability to live the best life.

M3 FAQ

M3 Diagnoses

The way you move is often a great indicator of how healthy you are.  This can be a limp caused by pain or the way you compensate with a squat.  We work with patients who have pain, weakness and those who are looking for a better quality of life. Our team focuses on your “why” and develops a plan to help you move well, live well and do amazing things.

We use the cornerstones of mobility, stability and function to assess the main things causing (driving) your dysfunction and use that information develop individual plans for each patient.
